£250,000 for Somerset traffic light repairs
OVER 100 traffic lights will be repaired or replaced across Somerset after the county council stumped up £250,000 for a revamp.
The action is being taken as many of the lights are reaching the end of their life.
A council spokesman said it would monitor the costs associated with the project and decide whether any more funds should be allocated to complete the task.
