Accident on M5 at Bridgwater north junction

EMERGENCY services were at the scene of an accident on the northbound entry slip road to the M5 at the Bridgwater north junction (23) a short time ago.
A vehicle is believed to have gone down the embankment.
No other cars were involved.
A fire engine and ambulances were at the scene before 8am.
