BBC star Jennie Bond to attend charity fashion show in Taunton
FORMER BBC royal correspondent Jennie Bond is starring in the Retail Therapy Fashion Show at the County Ground, Taunton, at 6pm on Wednesday.
Local women on the catwalk will be Olympic Torch bearer and breast cancer survivor Paula Cannings, Paralympic medallist Deb Criddle and gardening broadcaster Rebecca Pow.
Profits will go to The Beacon Centre cancer unit at Musgrove Park Hospital, Taunton, and towards an intra-operative node analysis machine at the hospital to help patients avoid a second operation.
