RSPB to hold Sedgemoor birdwatching event
A BIRDWATCHING weekend takes place later this month – and people in Sedgemoor are invited to get involved.
The RSPB is staging the event on January 26/27 in a bid to learn more about the UK’s bird population – for more information visit www.RSPB.org.uk

This is the Big Garden Birdwatch that's taking place over that weekend, the RSPB would like people to spend an hour that weekend noting the maximum (at any one time) number of different bird species they see at any one time over that hour - great for the kids to take part in as they learn about birds and nature, and an invaluable exercise to help keep tabs on endangered birds in the UK.
