A DEVELOPER has lost an appeal against Sedgemoor District Council’s decision to reject 13 homes planned for Manor Way, Berrow.
The scheme, for a mix of three and four-bed houses, was rejected by the council’s development control committee in June.
Applicants Arc Developments South West appealed but, in a decision announced in December, Douglas Machin, from the Planning Inspectorate, sided with the council, arguing a neighbouring property would be badly affected by noise if the project went ahead.
