THE 2013 season is a long way off but the village cricket club is holding a couple of fund-raising events this month.
A Christmas party will be held at the cricket club on Saturday, December 15, with Father Christmas in attendance from 7.30pm to 8.30pm and a festive family disco afterwards.
It is ‘eyes down’ on Monday, December 17, when the club holds its annual Christmas turkey bingo night at the cricket club with doors open at 7pm ready for a 7.30pm start.
