TOWN councillors hope to give the vacant Jobcentre Plus building in Regent Street, Burnham – which shut four years ago – a new use.
Mayor Ken Smout said: “We have talked about whether there is any way we can give the owner an incentive to allow it to be used for small business units or maybe for arts and crafts. It’s just sitting there, deteriorating, and is a bit of an eyesore.”
