A NEW era begins today for students in Bridgwater, with the opening of three state-of-the-art schools.
Following the completion of a £50million project, students at Chilton Trinity Technology College will move into their new building, while students from Elmwood School and Robert Blake Science College will move into one new site housing both schools.
Lesley Greenway, new head teacher of Chilton Trinity, said: "It is so exciting to be part of such a great school and to have a wonderful new facility to move into.”
Mercury reporter Kirsty James and photographer Jeff Searle will be visiting the schools this morning and bringing you all the latest news from this momentous day.
