Crewkerne to pay its respects on Armistice Day
CREWKERNE Royal British Legion will bring the Armistice Day commemorations a day forward this year with people are asked to gather tomorrow (Saturday) for a short service of Remembrance and wreath laying in Falkland Square from 10.45am.
The Remembrance Sunday commemoration will go ahead as normal, starting at 9.45am with a march from Severalls Park Avenue before arriving at the war memorial and then on to St Bartholomew’s Church for a service at 10.45am.
