A ROBBERY has taken place in the Beacon Heath area of Exeter.

On Sunday, August 12 at around 10.15pm, a man in his mid 30s was walking up a flight of steps that lead to Avalon Close and in turn, into Lancelot Road when he was jumped on by two white males wearing hooded tops.

After stealing his mobile phone, watch and cash, the attackers fled on foot down onto King Arthurs Road.

Police are now appealing appealing for information and have asked anyone who can help their investigations to call the non-emergency police number 101.
