Embankment fall man rescued

FIREFIGHTERS rescued a man after he fell down an embankment this afternoon.
They used ropes, lines and small tools to get him to safety after the fall in Landkey Road, Barnstaple at 3.16pm.
The victim was treated by paramedics.
