POLICE have named the driver of a Land Rover who died in north Devon on Friday as 16-year-old Daylin Brown.

The incident happened on an unclassified road between Torrington and Alverdiscott between 3.30pm and 4pm.

Police are looking to speak to the driver of a small blue vehicle which was also travelling on the road at some time on Friday.
