TIVERTON and Honiton MP Angela Browning was among a clutch of MPs who were unaffected by the latest Parliamentary expenses developments.

Scores of MPs have been hearing the outcome of their appeals against Sir Thomas Legg’s ruling that they must repay some of their allowances.

But Conservative Mrs Browning, who stands down at the next General Election, had already been informed by Sir Thomas in October that all her claims he investigated were legitimate.
