TRAFFIC: Broken down vehicle blocks lane on M5 Southbound
SEVERE disruption is being caused by a broken down vehicle on the M5 Southbound between Wellington and Tiverton.
Avon and Somerset Police are reporting that one lane is blocked between Junction 26, A38 Wellington and J27, A361 Tiverton.
