KIDDI Caru’s Taunton day nursery ran a family week in support of Home-Start, a charity supporting families with young children.
The event was a celebration of all things family in different cultures and countries, throughout the ages, famous real life and fictional families and even animal families.
The nursery enjoyed several exciting activities such as drawing pictures and sticking images of their family onto a tree.
Parents and carers came into the nursery to read stores to the children throughout the week.
The youngsters also dressed up as family members or as they would like to be when they grow up.
There was also a teddy bear’s picnic and circus activities such as juggling, ribbon dancing, dressing up and hoola hooping.
The week ended with a circus themed fun day, with a big top on the nursery balcony, while the children made a mirror maze and there were other attractions, inclduing a photo booth.
