A 41-year-old man will appear before magistrates this morning charged with robbery at a Plymouth store.
Edward Stevenson, of Embankment Road, Plymouth, is charged with robbery at Clifton Wines Stores in Greenbank on 30 March 2015.
He is further charged with an attempted robbery at Lanhydrock Stores in St Judes on the same night.
Stevenson is also charged with three counts of possessing a knife in a public place and two counts of breaching an Antisocial Behaviour Order.
Stevenson was arrested yesterday (March 31) and remains in police custody pending his appearance at Plymouth Magistrates' Court.
