Police are appealing for information after an outboard engine and several power tools were taken from a garden shed in the Honicknowle area of Plymouth.
The shed, located in the back garden of a property in Harewood Crescent, was broken into sometime between 2pm on Sunday 22 February and 8pm on Monday 23 February.
Several items, worth over £750 in total, were taken, including a green Parkside welder, Panasonic car stereo and wiring loom, turquoise Ryobi chainsaw, Tohatsu outboard engine, green angle grinder and yellow Wolf petrol generator.
The offender(s) gained access to the locked shed by making a large hole in the side panel.
Detectives would like to speak to anyone who may have seen someone acting suspiciously in the area at the time or who believes they may have been offered the items for sale. Anyone with information that could assist with the investigation is asked to email 101@devonandcornwall.pnn.police.uk, or call 101, quoting reference CR/012680/15; or alternatively call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
