Police are appealing for witnesses following an allegation of rape in Moor View Terrace, Plymouth.
A woman in her twenties was allegedly assaulted on Sunday, September 28 between 2am and 2.30am. The suspect is described as white, 5’6 in height of small build in his twenties.
Police believe the incident may have been witnessed by a man who may have taken photographs near to the scene; we would like to hear from him.
Officers would also like to speak to anyone who saw a man and woman together around 2:30am to 3am in a car port behind the Premier Store on Mutley Plain.
A 21-year-old man from Plymouth has been arrested on suspicion of rape and has been released on police bail.
