Police in Plymouth are appealing for witnesses after two incidents of indecent exposure in the city.

The first incident happened on the North Hill Road junction with Greenbank Road at around 2am on Saturday, June 14, with a second incident at Evelyn Place on Sunday, June 15, at around 4.30am.

On both occasions it is believed the same man approached women on their way home from a night out. He was naked and committed an indecent act in front of the victims on both occasions.

The offender is described as a white man in his late 20s, 5ft 10 ins tall with an average build, brown hair and facial stubble.

Although seen naked, he was also seen wearing a blue, long sleeved hooded top, jeans and a dark beanie hat.

A 30-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure, but has been given police bail pending further enquiries.
