A HALBERTON company has celebrated its 21st Birthday in style with a party at The Barge Inn.
The Education Matters! party commemorated the company's support for schools over the last 21 years.
Over that time, Education Matters! has been active in school inspection for OFSTED in all parts of England, inspection of the Stagecoach Theatre schools in all parts of the UK and school consultancy in schools as far away as Mexico and Malaysia - besides being involved in the establishment of a new international school in Portugal.
At the party, Terry Payne, the Director of Education Matters! thanked all those who had helped in any way towards the company's achievements.
He gave special thanks to Andrew Hague, his co-writer of the hugely successful Music Together Classroom Orchestra Scheme that has been used literally by millions of children around the planet, which was developed in Tiverton in local schools.
The photo shows the Education Matters! cake being cut by Adriana Campos accompanied by Terry Payne.
