A 35-year-old man has been charged with murder following the death of a man in Plymouth on Friday, January 3.
Samuel Watts of King Street, Plymouth, was due to appear at Plymouth Magistrates Court yesterday, (Monday, January 6).
Police and ambulance were called to a property in King Street, Stonehouse, after concerns for welfare for a man inside.
On entering the property they found a 38-year-old man , Watts' brother Benjamin, who had sustained a serious stab wound.
He was treated by ambulance staff but was pronounced deceased at the scene Officers from the Major Crime Investigation Team are dealing with the investigation.
