Concerns grow for missing Mid Devon man

CONCERNS are growing for the welfare of missing 61-year-old Roger Duggan.
Mr Duggan, from Bampford Speke, went missing from the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital, Wonford, around 12.40am this morning (Monday).
He is described as white, of slim build with short grey receding hair. He is believed to have been wearing blue jeans and a red fleece when he went missing.
Anyone with information about Roger’s whereabouts is asked to call police on 101 quoting reference 36 of 11/02/13.
