Star-backed recycling campaign gets off to a great start in 2013

A CAMPAIGN to get Mid Devon recycling has got off to a great start in 2013. The Star is proud to be working with Mid Devon District Council to encourage people to recycle even more waste with our Be a Recycling Star campaign.
The district’s overall recycling rate is just under 50%, but organisers hope to break that barrier by the end of March.
