Dimitar Trifonov Dimitrov, 43, of New Court, Crediton, used an unlicensed vehicle on the road, £65 fine, £54.59 back duty, £90 costs.
Stephen John Kelly, 39, of Willand Road, Halberton, kept an unlicensed vehicle on the road, £200 fine, £35.42 back duty, £90 costs.
Paul Rainbird, 53, of Parsons Close, Kentisbeare, failed to submit a notification of vehicle transfer document, £200 fine, £15 victim surcharge, £90 costs.
Rod Pearson, 55, of Post Hill, Tiverton, left a cigarette butt on the street, £150 fine, £15 victim surcharge, £140 costs Alana Toni L. Carroll, 32, of Gunstone, Crediton, owner of a vehicle that failed to meet insurance requirements, £200 fine, £15 victim surcharge, £110 costs.
Sophie Dymond, 42, of Yeoford, Crediton, owner of a vehicle that failed to meet insurance requirements, £15 victim surcharge, £110 costs, £130 fine.
