The big clean up has started in Devon as the county struggles to get back to normal after widespread flooding.
Train services remain severely disrupted with Network Rail saying services out of the county hit by flooding at Cowley Bridge between Exeter and Tiverton. There has also been a landslide at Dawlish.
A spokesman for Network Rail said: "We are struggling to get routes back up and running. Further flood damage on Saturday and Sunday has washed out more ballast from under the tracks."
He added services may not improve until mid week.
Flood warnings are still in place across the county, with concerns over the Exe, Torridge, Taw and Clyst.
Minor roads are still impassable across Devon.
Cranstone of Devon County Council said: "We expect a lot of significant problems on the 6,000 miles of minor roads in Devon."
