Conservative wins in low turnout Devon and Cornwall PCC election

The Conservative candidate has won the ultra-low turnout police and crime commissioner election for Devon and Cornwall.
Tony Hogg, former commanding officer of Royal Naval Air Station, Culdrose, was elected as Devon and Cornwall's first commissioner with with 35 per cent of the vote.
Turnout was the lowest ever recorded for a national poll.
Overwhelming voter indifference saw only 15.1 per cent of people eligible to vote casting their ballot.

I would be interested to know what percentage of women and what percentage of men did not vote. (Emily Pankhurst went to a lot of trouble to enable women to be allowed to vote)
