A man in his seventies has died following a house fire in Plymstock.
Two other occupants of the property, a man and a woman, have been taken to Derriford Hospital. They are not thought to have serious injuries, although the man is thought to have smoke inhalation.
A joint police and fire investigation is now underway to establish the cause of the fire and enquiries continue.
At about 11.30 a.m. on Monday, November 12 emergency services were called to Furzehatt Park Road, Plymstock, following the report of a fire in the garage.
