Truro College to open bistro serving student's food

Truro College is opening a bistro serving food cooked by catering students.
The new catering facility will offer a different dining experience to the usual college fare.
Students on the professional cookery levels and one courses will be preparing and serving the food at The Bistro, giving them a real working environment in which to develop their skills.
A spokesperson said it would also provide other college users the chance to enjoy “high quality food at a very reasonable price.”
The official opening of The Bistro will take place this Friday, when there will be two sittings for invited guests.
