MOBILE hairdresser Callie James lost her driving licence at Truro Magistrates’ Court after pleading guilty to drink driving at more than three times the limit in Goonhavern on June 15.
James, 20, of Bridge Road, Goonhavern.
Ron Butler prosecuting said police were called by staff at the Royal Cornwall Hospital who had seen James, 20, of Bridge Road, Goonhavern speaking indistinctly and not walking properly before getting into a car.
Officers found her at home later smelling of drink when she admitted having been driving.
Her solicitor Curtis Lewis said she did not drink and drive as a rule.
She was sent to an attendance centre for 36 hours, told to pay costs of £85 and banned from driving for 26 months.
