Patients recovering from heart conditions are to take on the challenge of climbing the highest mountain in England and Wales.
They are due to take on the five mile trek at the end of May to raise money for the Cornish Heart Unit Fund.
The eight patients, aged between 50 and 76, will be joined by two cardiac rehabilitation nurses from RCH, Sandy Spence and Jo Marcinekova.
Sandy said: "This will be a huge challenge for our patients but we want them to see that you can still have a life after suffering from a heart problem.
If you would like to sponsor Sandy, Jo and their brave patients, you can do so by emailing them at Sandy.Spence@rcht.cornwall.nhs.uk or Joanna.Marcinekova@rcht.cornwall.nhs.uk
