St Keverne group to start community lunch

Villagers in St Keverne will have the chance to enjoy a meal altogether once a month after a group of volunteers set up a community lunch initiative.

The first light lunch has been planned for February 23, and they will continue to be on the fourth Tuesday of every month.

Organisers have planned a soup and a roll first time around, and are then alternating with a jacket potato – together with tea or coffee.

The first lunch is at 12.30pm on Tuesday, February 23 at the Methodist Hall. People should contact Bob Markley on 280492 by Friday, February 19, if they want to come.
