An inquest into the death of Jonathan Boone, who died while swimming in the sea at Godrevy, has been opened and adjourned.

The 21 year old's body was found after he was reported in trouble off rocks near the popular beach.

Mr Boone, from Redruth, had been swiming with three other men.

Cliff rescuers, coastguards and lifeboats began the search on Tuesday. His body was found on Wednesday.
