Redruth’s Penventon Park Hotel is hosting the Westcountry property auctions next Wednesday.

Around 26 homes from around the region will be on offer from 1pm at the hotel in West End.

Senior auctioneer Graham Barton said that there is something on offer for everyone.

“We have a number of plots with acres of land, many with planning permission for residential developments on offer.

“We also have flats, family homes and holiday homes going under the hammer.

“Following the success of other regional auctions we anticipate that many of the properties in the local area will be a huge attraction for investors, landlords and local first time buyers.”
