Preparations are well underway for Constantine Carnival, which this year will celebrate 60 years of carnival fun in the village.
The event, which has grown to one of the biggest and most spectacular in the area will be held on the Constantine recreation ground on Saturday and Sunday.
This year organisers are inviting all past Carnival Queens, attendants and Fairy Queens and Kings to join them in celebration of the events past success.
A photo shoot of all the past royalty has been arranged for 4.45pm on Saturday in the main hospitality tent.
This year the event will feature parachute displays, shire horses and a spectacular car stunt show.
There will also be oerformances from Swamp Circus, wheelchair dancers and Celtic dancing, as well as sideshows, stalls, kids rides and plenty of tasty food to sample throughout the weekend.
Amyone who wants to take part in the carnival should just turn up at the recreation ground and any vehicle that takes part in the procession must be road legal and insured.
