All eyes will be on David Cameron tonight, when he is due to hold a public question-and-answer session in Truro.
His visits coincides with the shock resignation of his shadow home secretary David Davis, who has stood down as MP.
Mr Cameron is conducting a whistle-stop tour of Cornwall today, as part of his Cameron Direct event.
Earlier he was in Newlyn, where he was heckled by an angry man while making a statement on live television.
Stephen Peterson interrupted the interview to claim he was "fobbed off" by the health authority in Exmouth, where he used to live, and was forced to travel abroad for an operation he could not get on the NHS.
Later he was due to visit Trevaskis Farm in Hayle before making his way to Truro's town hall for this evening's session.
The event aims to give people of all political persuasions the opportunity to put their views directly to Mr Cameron and to quiz him about his stance on important, local issues.
