Penwith moods by wild life photographer

Comments (0)A new book by well-known Cornish photographer David Chapman has been published this week.
David, who lives in Penwith is best known for his wildlife photography, many having appeared in the Packet and associated publications.
He is also author of Wild About Cornwall, but this latest book called Penwith Moods, is as its title suggests, all about his home area.
There are 59 evocative pictures that capture the mood of this fascinating area of Cornwall, not least a splendid one of St Michael's Mount in winter and another of Godrevy and the surrounding area. Although a panoramic picture over two pages and depicting early morning mist from Trencrom is magical.
Bluebells at St Loy and the heather of the moorland are also captured through his lens as are the Merry Maidens under a rainbow.
The book is published by Alison Hodge or Newmill, Penzance and is available in bookshops priced £12.
