Asda in Penryn has been given permission to move a disabled parking space further away from the store entrance and replace it with a new shop.
Planning permission has been granted to build a small "retail pod" in one of the disabled parking spaces near the store entrance.
To make up for the lost disabled space, two regular parking spaces will be converted into one disabled one, adjoining the existing disabled spaces that are furthest away from the entrance.
