The Penryn bypass is fully back open again after being partially blocked due to a broken down vehicle.
It affected the A39 between the Hillhead Roundabout and Kernick Roundabout.
While traffic was said to be coping well, people were warned to be aware of potential delays.
The vehicle has since been removed and all lanes and reopened.
