A man has been arrested in connection with one of the burglaries
A 22-year-old man was arrested in connection with a burglary in Falmouth's Windsor Terrace.
He has been released under investigation pending further inquiries.
The town has been subjected to a spate of crime in the last few weeks, with at least four burglaries and three shoplifting incidents taking place since the beginning of January.
Devon and Cornwall Police confirmed that a man had been arrested in connection with one of the burglaries.
A spokesperson said: "Burglary at Windsor Terrace on 12/1/19 – 22-year-old man was arrested and question in connection to this matter. He has been released under investigation pending further enquiries."
