Fire services were called to a property in Penryn in the early hours of Sunday morning.
The Critical Control Centre received a call at 1.45am that an industrial unit on Browns Hill in Penryn was alight.
Appliances from Falmouth and Helston extinguished the fire using breathing apparatus and hose reel jets.
