HEAVY rain and strong winds will sweep across Cornwall tomorrow.
It is likely to cause disruption during the morning rush hour according to the Met Office, which has issued a yellow weather warning.
Heavy rain is expected to start in the early hours of the morning and the slow-moving front will not clear the county until early evening.
Gusts of over 40mph are also expected.
The Met Office's warning included the following: "Flooding of a few homes and businesses is likely. Bus and train services probably affected with journey times taking longer. Spray and flooding on roads probably making journey times longer."
The next band of wet and windy weather is then expected on Sunday, two days before Christmas.
