A MYLOR Bridge mother and her daughter have been charged for fraudulent activity relating to their letting agency Premier Property Management.
Elizabeth Ann Treneer, 37, of Chapel Meadows in Perranwell Station, pleaded guilty to three counts of fraud and perverting the cause of justice at Truro Crown Court today (Friday October 12).
Her mother, Angela Colleen Treneer, 71, of Cogos Park in Mylor Bridge, denied all charges.
The charges span from April 1 2009 to March 31 2017, when the business ceased trading.
Angela Colleen Treneer will face trial in the coming weeks, and Elizabeth Ann Treneer will be sentenced at a later date.
