Accident in Truro
The A390 in Truro is partially blocked after police reports suggest that a vehicle has gone into the hedge.
The incident happened half an hour ago on Union Hill, close to the turning for the A39 road to Newquay.
The vehicle crashed on Union Hill, just off Tregolls Road.
