A fashion show in memory of Falmouth teenager Sasha Watson, who lost her battle against cancer last year, is to be held in Penryn this Sunday.
The event is being held at Embrace Dance Fitness headquarters at HeartSpace, above SKB Sailmakers, in Commercial Road, from 7pm. All the money raised will go to Tanya's Courage Trust, which has a shop in Penryn "inspired by Sasha" and run by her mum, Michelle Bray.
Tickets for the fashion show cost £7.50 and include a mince pie and glass of Prosecco. As well as the show itself, those attending will be able to snap up a bargain with ball gowns selling at £10 and all party wear going for just £5 - some is designer and brand new with tags.
"Come grab your bargain, have fun with friends and raise some funds for a hugely worthy cause," said Gillian Sadler, who runs Embrace Dance Fitness.
