Falmouth School students Theo Fleming, Nell Packer and Rosie Boulton formed part of the nine youth members from Gyllyngvase Surf Lifesaving Club who competed in the World Inter Club Surf Life Saving Championships last week in Noordwijk, Holland.

After three days of extremely tough competition against the best athletes in the world, the year 11 pupils did Falmouth School and their club proud, finishing 16th out of 84 clubs. Theo and Nell were outstanding in the beach events, with Theo taking the World Championships 2K beach run title and Nell finishing in an impressive sixth place.
