A Truro teenager is the proud owner of an England vest after making her national debut in cross country.
16 year old Yoyo Barnsley, who studies the International Baccalaureate at Truro and Penwith College, is a member of Cornwall AC and competed in the Womens’ U20s category at the Cardiff Cross Challenge, as part of a Home Counties International.
Despite extremely muddy conditions, Yoyo finished the 5K in sixth place, contributing to a victory for the team, in what was a great achievement for her first appearance representing her country.
