Linden Homes will be unveiling a new show home at its College Farm development in Penryn on Saturday, July 11.

The contemporary three bedroom detached home is dressed in fiery shades of orange with accents of stone, teamed with rustic style cream painted wooden furniture. Checked and textured fabrics to sofas and scatter cushions combine to give an urban cottage feel to the property.

Brian Deacon, sales and marketing director for Linden Homes, said: “The new show home is just fantastic, it oozes character and really creates the feeling of warmth. The interior designer has done a tremendous job and the show home gives visitors plenty of ideas on how their new home could look.”

Sarah Caseley, interior designer for Charles Scott Interiors, said: “The show home has an autumnal feel to it as I’ve taken elements of the brochure and the development’s natural setting as its basis. The vibrant combination of colours used work really well together. I love it when the interior design reflects the property’s surroundings and College Farm is so beautifully situated.”

Currently available at College Farm is a range of 41 two and three bedroom homes from £179,950 or £143,960 using the Government’s Help to Buy scheme.

The development features a variety of house styles built to a high specification, which include open plan living areas, downstairs cloakrooms and en-suite master bedrooms, with stylish sanitary ware and contemporary kitchens available for homebuyers to personalise, depending on the stage of construction.
