Refusing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis after being found driving the wrong way up a one-way street led a man from Gweek to receive an eight-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months.
Arturas Rubeznieks, from Pemboa Farm, Pemboa, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a speciimen in Camborne on September 27, without reasonable excuse.
The 29-year-old was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 36 months, reduced by 36 weeks if he completes a course.
