An application has been made to remove two trees which are subject to a tree preservation order from 47 Trefusis Road in Flushing.
In a supporting letter sent with the application, Treewise tree specialists of Penryn said that the copper beech and turkey oak trees were both infected with honey fungus, which was causing stem base decay in one and would kill the other.
