Falmouth man accused of GBH is remanded in custody
Adam Scott Burgoyne, 24, of Webber Hill in Falmouth, appeared before magistrates in Truro on Tuesday, alleged to have attempted to cause grievous bodily harm to Ricky Sutton at Falmouth on July 27.
No plea was entered, and the case was sent to Truro Crown Court on August 19.
He was remanded in custody.
